Designed and made by May Red who works part time at the Legendary Ace Cafe’ London, and whose own interests are derived from the Rock ‘n Roll era of the fifties.

The idea for Kitsch Kushions developed after May Red came across some fantastic Novelty fabrics in the U.S.A. whilst visiting her father (the legendary Godfather of British Blues) John Mayall.

Incorporating many dis-continued lines. The designer fabric is mostly vintage re-production. Not being mass produced. some of the cushions could well become future collectors items.

May Red goes to great lengths in choosing complimentary colors and textures for the backing fabric, trimming & fringing. Ranging from roping effect for the cowboy themes, through to pink fluffy marabou feathers surrounding the pin-ups.
